I ordered a bracelet online that was was too big. The ladies in the store helped get it swapped out and told me about getting enhancers to protect my bracelet. Thank you for being soo awesome.

The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great selection of charms. I'm always there only for the Disney collection, and I've never had them be sold out of something I was there to buy.

Went to this location for my daughter to pick out a few charms for her bday bracelet. The minute we walked in we felt so welcome. The associates greeted us and asked if we needed anything then to let us know. We looked around and found what charms she wanted. Ms Zelinda was amazing,I absolutely loved her energy. She was so helpful and made my daughter's first experience to Pandora a great one. Thank you so much Ms Zelinda. We will be back soon. 🥰

PATRICIA was amazing! 10/10 experience! I had a previous awful experience with other staff and Patricia turned my opinion around completely. She helped me pick out new options for my bracelets and told me how to clean them at home!

June 10th I was online shopping Pandora I was have trouble I called in to the store and got Audrey the manager on the phone she listened to my needs and addressed my concerns<Audrey let me know she had a meeting and to ask for Luna I got to the store and Luna was 100% on top of it these two made my experience very exceptional I will definitely reach out to these two when I shop Pandora again thank you two for great customer service

Saturday around 4pm.They were very helpful. I ordered something online and when I went to pick them up in the store the stafg member noticed my charm bracelet. She noticed what i ordered would not fit and informed me and allowed me to look at a section within the store that would fit. She was very patient as I was looking 30 minutes or so before I decided on what to buy. Great customer service is what I got here.

My mom myself and my daughter went to try to exchange a ring she received for Christmas that was the wrong size. While we couldn't exchange it Laura was a Rockstar!! With 3 women all wanting to try this on or see that one or how much is this one she never quit. Very professional friendly candor thanks Laura. Now if we could just get Pandora to offer more variety with bigger ring sizes

This was my first time going to Pandora (Park Plaza). I had ordered online a bracelet and charms for my son’s girlfriend and I needed to return the bracelet because she already had one. I went on my lunch break and was out of there in good timing. The assistant manager was very nice and took her time making sure I got what I wanted and packaged it up so beautiful. I can’t remember her name but her customer service was excellent!

I had a fantastic in-store experience. I was looking for two Mother's Day gifts, and a charm for myself. Dana provided top-notch customer service. She was incredibly helpful and patient. 5 star encounter.
